Hello
If you are here, you may be thinking you could use some help. Maybe life has been challenging recently and you want to make sense of it? Whatever the reason, I am glad you are here. Often, reaching out is half the battle.
I enjoy working with individuals going through life's transitions, whether that's young adulthood, parenthood, or other phases of life. As a perinatal mental health specialist, I am passionate about working with those in the perinatal period.

About & Approach
Human. Therapist. Woman. Partner. Mother. Advocate. Birder. Foodie. Reader.
As a perinatal mental health specialist and a clinical social worker, I believe an individual’s mental, physical, and emotional health and environment are connected, and impacted by the time period and transitions surrounding pregnancy. My other areas of interest include depression, anxiety, women’s issues, stress, relationships, birth trauma, and grief.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness Therapy to help people improve their sense of wellbeing and manage stress in their daily lives.
